HPC5 is a supercomputing system. It is a DELL EMC hybrid CPU-GPU system and it peaks a computational power of around 52Pflops. HPC5 is the most powerful HPC system used for commercial purposes. Its hybrid configuration CPU/GPU allows to run basically any kind of simulation software. Eni has decades of HPC experience. Moreover, there is a cluster called “RAD” (research and development) which is specific for research projects and for external users.
